#25 A Healthy Lifestyle Is A Goal In Itself

Welcome to the Cleanse & Fitness home remedy detox program #25 :-)

Always drink plenty of water (if you can't drink a gallon a day, then stay hydrated to avoid being thirsty)

Please let your friends know about this blog :-)

My day begins:
1) my new liver detox (ph balancer) on an empty stomach first thing when i wake up: in a cup, put 1 tsp of baking soda, 1 tsp of organic molasses, 1/2 lemon, 4 sprinkle dashes of powdered cayenne pepper, 1 cup of water (or alkaline water).
2) Today's workout:
A lil bit if strength training & Flamenco drills to sweat a lil more. Flamenco fitness. Trust me, the method I've come up with could probably sell ;-). But for now, I use it for me because it works for me, haven't hit a plateau yet in many years with this flamenco fitness method. It's a great workout :-)
That's my workout for the day, improvised, but doing something. What's yours?
3) Breakfast time: gluten free oatmeal, grounded flax seed, chia seeds, almonds, walnuts, goji berries, banana, red quinoa, add gluten free chocolate protein powder, almond milk, and viola
4) here's something i found & had to share. It's hilarious but super healthy & yummy at the same time & i love the fact that it has oatmeal
Ingredients -
2 cups of frozen strawberries (16 medium sized)
1 frozen banana, broken up in chunks
3/4 cup water
3/4 cup milk (option: almond or coconut milk)
1/2 cup gluten-free rolled oats
10-12 fresh mint leaves
Add your favorite protein powder (one scoop)
Blend it in a blender (i use the nutribullet)
And niam. I'm making this one today
5) snack: rice tortilla baked in the oven, carrots, green olives, homemade hummus,
6) had two green drinks. Niam. (green drink recipes located in previous posts)
7) din din time: baked cauliflower, with a sprinkle of sea salt, & a tsp of extra virgin olive oil. I'm also some green tea. Delish
