Flamenco

Flamenco Dance Classes, Workshops, Privates (all ages):

ROCIO PONCE provides a fully cultivated Flamenco background in technique & choreography. As a performer, her forte' is expressing the genuine essence of Flamenco. Her classes emphasize the structural forms of a solo (letras, escobillas, cierres, cortes,& falsetas to teach the body to speak to the guitarists and singer). She emphasizes on strengthening the muscle for footwork, braceo (arm-work), cuerpo (body), & muscle memory by prioritizing connecting exercises on an improvisational approach. Thus, her live performances are both explosive & memorable.
