#21 A Healthy Lifestyle Is A Goal In Itself

Welcome to the Cleanse & Fitness home remedy detox program #21 :-)

Always drink plenty of water (if you can't drink a gallon a day, then stay hydrated to avoid being thirsty)

1) my liver detox on empty stomach first thing when i wake up: mix alkaline drinking water (i recycle the water bottles), lemon, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper & drink up.

2) Breakfast: all organic raw cold cereal bowl has gluten-free oatmeal, organic quinoa, blueberries, blueberries

3) my workout will be a hike on greenleaf trail in Whittier CA.
The hike begins: 7:30
This goefer is not afraid of me. I'm liking this hike :-)

4) After this hike, more alkaline water, then a nap :-)
Nap time was good (2 hrs :-)

5)Juicing time: parsley, spinach, green apple, carrots, cucumber. I'll add some gluten free vanilla protein powder, chia seeds, & a spoonful of gluten free oatmeal & quinoa. Niam niam
Don't forget to add kale, blueberries, & sweet wheat grass

Final Green drink ingredients are, after experimenting & improvising:
Alkaline water, kale, spinach, parsley, carrots, cucumber, green apple, blueberries, wheat grass powder, spirulina powder, quinoa, gluten free oatmeal, chia seeds, goji berries, almond & coconut milk. It was delish :-)
6)Guess what i'm gonna make for din din?

This was actually my din din. I just invented it.
I'm calling this dish the patty pan pico de gallo: patty pan squash (baked in the oven) chopped, avocados chopped, red onions chopped, garlic chopped, tomatoes chopped, squeezed lemon, himalayan salt & eat up with rice tortillas. Niam niam...
