#13 A Healthy Lifestyle Is A Goal In Itself

Welcome to the Cleanse & Fitness home remedy detox program #13 :-)

Always drink plenty of water (if you can't drink a gallon a day, then stay hydrated to avoid being thirsty)

1) woke up, on an EMPTY STOMACH took my liver cleanser as you can see: squeeze one lemon, 4 sprinkle dashes of cayenne pepper, 1/2 tsp of pure baking soda all mixed in drinking water. Mix all together & drink up.
So you know,

Bicarbonate is good for/as:
Ulcer Pain:
It kills cancer because it raises the PH in the body because cancer can't thrive in high or alkaline PH:
Slows down the decline of kidney function:
Antacid:
Acidosis:
Splinter removal:
Sunburn remedy:
Deodorant:
Enhanced sports performance (to be taken with caution if baking soda should be used for this reason:
Insect bites:
Teeth whitener:
Foot soak:
Detox bath:

Lemon is good for/as:

*antibacterial, antiviral, immune-boosting powers, as a weight loss aid, a digestive aid and liver cleanser. Lemons contains notably citric acid, calcium, magnesium, vitamin C, bioflavonoids, pectin, and limonene--which promotes immunity and fight infection.

Cayenne pepper is good for/as: lowers blood pressure, fights prostate cancer growth; eases upset stomach, ulcers, sore throats, spasmodic and irritating coughs, diarrhea. It's anti-flu/viral agent, an anti-inflammatory agent and helps relieve allergens, stimulates the digestive tract which increases the flow of enzyme production and gastric juices. This it aids the body’s ability to metabolize food (and toxins). It also good in relieving intestinal gas :-) &  stimulates the intestinal peristaltic motion, aiding in both assimilation and elimination (getting all the bad stuff out :-). It is good for relieving arthritis, diabetes, psoriasis and herpes-related nerve damage. Cayenne also stimulates the production of saliva, an important key to excellent digestion and maintaining optimal oral health. It helps reduce atherosclerosis, encourages fibrinolytic activity and prevents factors that lead to the formation of blood clots, all of which can help reduce the chances of a heart attack or stroke.  It's great for blood circulation, detoxifies the body, and a joint pain reliever.

Sometimes i'll take cayenned pepper in hot water and drink it fast. Oh boy! Hot hot, but so so healthy for you :-)

2) My workout: On the pilates reformer, kind of treated it like a proformer, & did something different with this body because it's hungry for variations, more muscle pnf workout stregth length, & needed to bring this heart rate up up up. Mission accomplished. That way I don't get bored.
So change it up, then gradually go all hard on your routines :-) as you get stronger & leaner. REMEMBER, THE END RESULTS DEPEND ON YOUR JOURNEY. DON'T EXPECT INSTANT CHANGE OVER NIGHT. IT TAKES WORK, IT TAKES TIME. WHY? BECAUSE THIS WAY YOU SAFELY & GRADUALLY TRAIN THE BODY ADJUST INTO A DIFFERENT (HEALTHIER) BODY EACH DAY. SO BE PATIENT, BUT DON'T STOP WORKING HARD!

 3) Kale salad:
Mixed olive oil, with apple cider vinegar, real fine grounded garlic in the nutri-bullet, himalayan pink salt, lemon.
Pured the dressing over the organic kale, mixed it all together, & yummy. Delish!
I got created with my mexicanism here. I grounded some organic pineapple with water, then added the ginger to get grounded also, then added mint to continue grounding, then served it with ice. My lunch was a happy healthy one.
Might get on the treadmill later on for 35 minutes just for shites & giggles :-)
Drink plenty of water, please and take your supplements :-)

4) For din din, definitely another kale salad with my yummy dressing as seen on picture above, & a green drink (for the recipe which includes some gluten-free vanilla protein powder, look for my recipes at the previous blogs i've been posting).
