Always drink plenty of water (if you can't drink a gallon a day, then stay hydrated to avoid being thirsty)
Today was my resting day. But I juiced, snacked on raw veggies, fruits & nuts. Water water water. My green juices today only consisted of spinach, kale, parsley, apple, almond milk, water, gluten free vanilla protein powder, freeze dried wheat grass, just half teaspoon of baking soda all mixed in the nutri-bullet.
