Welcome to the Cleanse & Fitness home remedy detox program #20 :-)
Always drink plenty of water (if you can't drink a gallon a day, then stay hydrated to avoid being thirsty)
1) my liver detox on empty stomach first thing when i wake up: mix drinking water, lemon, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper & drink up.
2) had a banana
3) my workout was 54 minutes using all pilates apparatus working out from head to toe.
4) Breakfast: all organic raw cold cereal bowl has gluten-free oatmeal, red quinoa, whole ground flax seeds, strawberries, blueberries, walnuts, gluten-free chocolate protein powder, and i'm about to pour almond milk and devour it
5) tea time: genmaicha tea
Green drink - kale, celery, parsley, apple, lemon :-)
Dish - mixed greens w quinoa tabouli, tomato, cucumber, kalamata olives, daikon sprouts & hummus.
Vegan Burrito bowl from Fiore Vegan restaurant: brown basmati rice, black beans, avocado, sauteed kale, pico de gallo, grilled onions, zucchini, ranchero sauce, cilantro.
Others are at a bar be cue eating hot dogs, carne asada, and what not of that nature. We're at a vegan restaurant stuffing our faces.
